405nm:

Light-curing, temperature resistant, for 3D printing. For the generative fabrication of models for the deep drawing technique. Removal of non-polymerised residues in a two-stage process with isopropanol in an ultrasonic cleaning device. Light polymerisation units with LED lights or xenon flash light under inert gas atmosphere are recommended for post-curing.

Advantages:
  • Accurate reproduction of details;
  • High surface hardness and edge stability of the models;
  • Building precision, haptic and stability meet highest requirements regarding model production;
  • Distinct self-stability enables the creation of hollow master models.
Physical data:
    Bending strength > 80 MPa; modulus of elasticity > 1700 MPa; final hardness > 83 Shore D; working temperature for thermoforming foils ≤ 195°C.
